I created savory mini cheesecakes with red pepper and green tomatillo chutney today as part of Monica’s dinner party, in celebration of her new cookbook, “Modern Spice.” The blend of spices complemented the filling perfectly! Red chiles, fenugreek seeds, fennel, black mustard seeds – I had to buy a few I didn’t have already, but it was worth the effort. I can’t wait to create additional recipes, now my spice rack is complete!
